Shots are yucky.

Taylor got her 6 month shots yesterday afternoon and this morning she was "Grumpy". News from her well-baby checkup is that she's doing great! The doctor was very pleased with her developments and thought she looked like a very healthy baby. One thing we did find out, which was no surprise, is that she's "big for her age". Taylor weighs 19.5 lbs and is 27.5 inches tall!! This puts her in the 90th percentile for BOTH height and weight. Where did she get that height from???

Have You Met......Vinko?!

This guy is definitely Taylor's favorite cartoon character. She gets very excited and animated when Vinko comes on the TV.

7 months old!

I had a wonderful first Mother's Day weekend with Taylor (she was so generous with that spa package!). And believe it or not... Taylor is going to be 7 months old this week!! We can't believe how fast this time is moving and how much bigger Taylor is getting. She truly is the center of our universe and we are loving every minute of it! Some milestones for T include: rolling over (so we're told!), sitting up all by herself, studiously concentrating on blocks and balls that are set in front of her, cooing and gurgling, and reaching out for anything she can grab. She loves going for walks and loves car rides.

Taylor has quite a summer planned as well. She will be visiting her Gigi and Poppi in Miami in June to celebrate Poppi's 90th birthday; in July she is planning on a trip to Virginia to see her Nana; and finally, mom, dad, and Taylor will spend a week at the Cape in August for some fun in the sun. Oh and we won't forget all those rides on Papa and Gram's boat. So much to do for a little one, but Taylor's ready for the action. Stay tuned for pictures!
